What Are Essential Oils
Essential oils are the compounds that capture the source of plants scents and flavors also called the “essence”. They are obtained through distillation (via steam or water) or cold pressed. Once extracted they can be combined with a variety of carrier oils and ready for use. Mankind has been using various properties of plants and essential oils for thousands of years for medicinal and spiritual healing. At hemp of the Rockies products we have combined various essential oils with our full spectrum cannabis oil to give you the consumer the benefits of a variety of plants and their compounds.
